A beautiful clinic in outstanding surroundings, Melbury clinic is easy to find, welcoming on arrival and well kept. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was nervous upon arrival but was quickly put at ease by the staff. The clinic appeared modern and well equipped. I would have no hesitation in returning to the clinic or recommending it to others.

I have mobility problems. The main consulting area is upstairs, but I was given the option of moving the consultation downstairs. I recommend giving advance notice if you feel that you are unable to manage stairs, so they are prepared. The treatment area is downstairs, so that is not a problem.

Dr. Gajraj and his team were completely professional and took great care in looking after me through the whole process. The Melbury Clinic is very clean and does not feel like a normal hospital environment. The team were great at making me feel relaxed when I was nervous about my procedure. Very please so far. Staff were very helpful in the first few days when I had some concerns with tenderness and swelling, which were not ultimately a problem, just part of the normal healing process. I am wearing dresses and shorts for the first time in 20 years, even though the healing process is still in progress 3 months after the initial treatment.

My treatment at the Melbury Clinic was very good and I am very pleased with the results. Dr Gajraj was professional and pleasant throughout, though other staff were strangely distant. The treatment was exactly as explained on the website and at the talk, though it would have been useful to have had a more up-to-date brochure. Recovery and healing has been steady, helped by lots of walking and leg massage. Would recommend to others.

From the initial seminar about treatments to my specific treatment requirements everything was explained clearly. All my questions were answered, so that I had a very good picture of what would happen during the procedure & during the healing period afterwards. I felt very secure & comfortable during the treatment & had only a little discomfort afterwards. All the staff were very professional & supportive & showed a genuine & positive attitude to the treatments. & best of all I can now wear shorts again!

Superb treatment in a beautiful place - I am thrilled with my 'new leg'! Having the Endovenus procedure has made such a lot of difference to my physical appearance and also psychologically - anyone with varicose veins will know the embarrassment they can feel in swimwear or summer clothes and the effect of this changing cannot be under estimated. The procedure itself was performed by Dr Gajraj who I found to be very professional at all times, whilst we were also able to have a great conversation throughout! I was comfortable and although the sensation of the procedure itself is a funny feeling, there was no pain. Everybody at the Melbury Clinic is so lovely to deal with - all the communication has been very informative, easy to understand and sent in good time. I can't recommend them highly enough, but also the procedure - it has transformed my leg from being unsightly and uncomfortable.

I was supplied with much needed cups of tea at regular intervals. I was given excellent after care treatment and advice for when I got home.I was treated with dignity and respect throughout and the premises were spotlessly clean.

All the members of Staff are welcoming and professional. The surrounds are pleasant and don't feel clinical, although perfectly equipped.
